- Define success metrics and monitor adoption, engagement, revenue, retention, conversion, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
- Mentor and guide Product Managers to elevate product thinking, stakeholder relations, prioritization, commercial insight, and execution excellence.
- Cultivate a strong product culture centered on ownership, clarity, client-centricity, data-driven decisions, commercial results, and continuous enhancement.
Candidate Qualifications

- Experience covering product strategy, roadmap creation, discovery, delivery, launch, evaluation, and iteration, preferably in fintech, trading, investing, brokerage, payments, financial services, platforms, marketplaces, or similarly complex digital domains.
- Acumen in understanding how product initiatives impact acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Capability to operate within regulated environments balancing growth, user experience, risk mitigation, compliance, and resilience.
- Proficiency in translating complex business, technical, trading, operational, and regulatory inputs into prioritized, scalable product outputs.

- Clear communication skills, ownership mentality, and a proactive approach to driving actions.
