• Stock and downstock produce as required, apply product protection measures when necessary, and arrange modular displays to keep the area fully stocked.
• Follow all health and safety policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Remain flexible to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.

Challenges of the Position

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, by planning to sustain energy and focus.
• Handle physical demands such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting products or equipment weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive duties like stocking and organizing products meticulously to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.70.
