• Ensure all produce items have accurate pricing and clear signage, adhering to correct ordering, clearance, price adjustments, labels, and signage protocols.
• Adhere to food safety and cold chain regulations, performing temperature checks and safe food handling aligned with sell-by and expiration dates.
• Stock and remove products as needed, apply protection to items where required, and arrange modular displays to keep shelves fully stocked.
• Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Be flexible with work hours, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.

Challenges of the Job

• Managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring effective overnight shift management and maintaining focus and energy throughout shifts.
• Handling physical demands such as prolonged standing, bending, and lifting products weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $17.95.
