• Ensure all produce is accurately priced and properly signed, adhering to standard procedures for ordering, markups, markdowns, clearance, labeling, and signage.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, and cold chain protocols, including monitoring temperatures, employing thermometers, handling food safely, and respecting sell-by and expiration dates.
• Stock and destock merchandise as required, implement product protection measures, and set up modular displays such as flex modulars and shelf caps to maintain full stock levels.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies to foster a secure and sanitary workplace.
• Remain flexible in availability, willing to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the business requirements and ensure consistent, high-quality customer service.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Manage high workload volumes in a fast-moving environment, particularly during overnight hours, requiring proper planning to sustain energy and focus.
• Handle physically demanding work involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Salary Information
