Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and purchasing processes effectively.
• Identify and assess suppliers, products, and services.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Generate purchase orders and manage procurement documents.
• Communicate with suppliers about orders, deliveries, and invoices.
• Keep accurate records of suppliers and purchasing transactions.
• Track inventory levels and assist in stock planning efforts.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal departments.
• Monitor delivery statuses and resolve purchasing or supply challenges.
• Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to assessments.
• Analyze purchasing data including costs and expenditures.
• Compile reports related to procurement and supply chain activities.
• Help drive cost reductions and enhance process efficiency.
• Ensure all procurement actions comply with company policies and procedures.
