Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead our Purchasing team. This pivotal, hands-on role involves managing the hotel's purchasing needs, collaborating closely with multiple departments and suppliers to maintain cost efficiencies while upholding service quality. The position demands excellent communication, time management, and leadership capabilities to oversee a team of five working a 7-day rotating schedule.

Candidate Profile

• Proven procurement experience, preferably within the hospitality sector
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to engage and inspire a team
• Strong skills in managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• A strategic, proactive mindset coupled with resourcefulness
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with BirchStreet purchasing software is highly desirable
• HACCP certification is a preferred qualification
