Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager at mid to senior level to oversee comprehensive SAP program delivery, focusing on SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP ECC platforms. You will lead projects from initiation through to operational transition applying the SAP Activate methodology, manage multiple implementation streams, and drive excellent results across HR, ERP, and organisational transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle of SAP initiatives, including planning, design, construction, testing, deployment, and transition to production using SAP Activate.
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors rollouts aligning with client HR and business needs.
- Supervise delivery across other SAP domains such as S/4HANA, ECC, system integrations, and cross-module workflows.
- Oversee project governance, including reporting, risk and issue management, steering committees, and communications with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clarity of scope, resource allocation, and delivery quality.
- Control project budgets, schedules, dependencies, and vendor partnerships to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Facilitate design workshops, validate requirements, and support Fit-to-Standard analyses.
- Coordinate cutover activities, readiness evaluations, and support handover after go-live.
- Promote best practices across various SAP and RISE transformation projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven record as an SAP Project Manager handling medium to large SAP programs.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP modules; knowledge of RISE with SAP is advantageous.
- In-depth expertise in SAP Activate methodology and SAP governance processes.
- Successful management of cross-functional SAP teams and complex project environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation expertise.
- Capability to manage multiple SAP delivery streams when required.

Location and Working Conditions
