Role Overview

In line with its aggressive expansion strategy, the Group seeks a Procurement Manager responsible for sourcing, procuring, transporting, and ensuring delivery of all construction materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for construction materials, encompassing base build, finishing works, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Coordinate material transportation and delivery logistics across project sites

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in procurement or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university
• Accumulate over 10 years of substantive experience within the construction sector in Francophone West Africa
• Experience working in cities such as Dakar, Conakry, and Abidjan is considered highly advantageous
• Display proven expertise in procurement or purchasing related to base building, finishing, and FF&E
• Possess in-depth understanding of construction pricing and supplier landscapes within Francophone Africa
• Exhibit strong negotiation abilities and project coordination skills
• Have a solid grasp of budgeting, cost control techniques, and fundamental financial principles
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken French language skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with willingness to travel within the region
• Additionally, experience in Facility Management or Transport & Logistics is a beneficial asset
