Position Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to become an integral part of our energetic team. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the procurement department with strict financial process controls in line with organizational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to maximize guest comfort by sourcing high-quality products and responding effectively to inquiries and challenges.
• Develop and execute business strategies, clearly communicating goals across the team, measuring outcomes accurately, and reporting on performance promptly.
• Oversee the full team lifecycle within the department, promoting a culture of continuous growth, development, and strong performance.
• Manage the purchasing budget diligently to ensure all procurement activities are controlled, audited, and continuously improved.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external parties.
• Regularly review purchasing performance, objectives, and standards, offering actionable recommendations to enhance financial outcomes and add value.
• Guarantee compliance with all applicable legislation and due diligence requirements, ensuring that best practices are implemented, documented, and followed up during audits.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possesses 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar procurement managerial role.
• Experience within the local hospitality sector is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in hotel purchasing alongside strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership with a practical, lead-by-example management style.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service combined with a passion for the hospitality field.
• Creative thinker capable of providing insightful advice and innovative solutions.
