Procurement Manager

About the Role

Easy Travel & Tours Ltd seeks a seasoned and highly organised Procurement Manager to lead purchasing and supplier relations for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of vehicle spare parts, equipment, and general operational supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with various suppliers to secure contracts.
• Assess quotations ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, and prompt delivery.
• Confirm product specifications and vehicle part numbers before making purchases.
• Collaborate closely with Stores, Workshop, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Maintain precise procurement documentation and generate regular reports.
• Track supplier performance and monitor inventory levels effectively.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or professional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of five years' relevant procurement experience.
• Familiarity with vehicle spare parts is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, negotiation, and data analysis.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and uphold accuracy and integrity.
