Job Overview
We are seeking candidates for the role of Procurement Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Logistics Coordinator. This position offers flexible work arrangements including remote, on-site, and hybrid options. It is suited for entry-level or junior candidates, including fresh graduates, and provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement, administration, and logistics within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement by assisting with purchasing activities, managing communication with suppliers, and preparing related documents such as purchase orders and quotations.
- Maintain detailed records of suppliers, purchases, and track order and delivery schedules effectively.
- Offer general administrative assistance including data entry, filing, document preparation, and coordination of emails and meetings.
- Help organize office documentation, records, and schedules to facilitate smooth administrative workflows.
- Coordinate daily logistics activities by assisting with shipments, transportation scheduling, and maintaining communication with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Track order statuses, maintain logistics records, and generate routine reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency with familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a proactive willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
- No prior professional experience is necessary; fresh graduates and junior applicants will be considered.
- Basic understanding of procurement, administration, or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory.
