Processing Supervisor

Role Overview

If you enjoy leading teams in a dynamic production setting and want to play a pivotal part in South Australia's famous strawberry season, this role is tailored for you. As a Processing Supervisor, you will guide the Processing Team through the busy harvest, making sure fresh strawberries are handled safely and efficiently while upholding our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth processing of fresh strawberries, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Lead and motivate your team through peak periods, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure every strawberry meets sale, storage, or manufacturing requirements.
• Prioritize food safety, workplace health & safety (WHS), and best-practice procedures at all times.
• Effectively coordinate staff, schedules, and priorities during high-pressure, busy days.
• Provide prompt problem-solving to keep harvest processing operations running without delay.

Additional Information

This position begins with a leadership role during the strawberry harvest season and transitions into a year-round role within the Production Team after harvest concludes.
