Process Trainer (Work From Home)

Overview

We are seeking a Process Trainer to work from office or home across locations including Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. The role offers a salary range of INR 600000 to 700000 per annum with a notice period of 15 to 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective delivery and execution of training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives continuously.
• Conduct regular observations and provide mentoring and support focused on enhancing the performance of trainees.
• Prepare and submit progress and pending activity reports to the Operations team.
• Review and update training content periodically to incorporate necessary changes.
• Engage in internal and external calibration sessions.
• Manage knowledge assessments for newly onboarded production staff.
• Familiarity with terminologies such as TNI, TNA, BQM, and Throughput is essential.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong client and customer handling capability.
• Experience conducting training in product, process, soft skills, or up-skilling domains.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift pattern, 5 days a week.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Minimum graduation in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience with excellent communication skills, targeting a Versant score of 6.
• Clear understanding and hands-on experience with product training in domestic or international BPO sectors.
• Must be recognized on paper as a Process Trainer.
• Candidates will undergo rounds including HR interview, voice/accent evaluation, operational assessment, and client interview.
• Duty schedule is 5 working days per week.
