Job description
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and assess voice interactions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Detect gaps in process execution and deliver practical feedback to agents for improvement.
- Keep audit records current and generate comprehensive quality reports.
- Work in coordination with training and operations teams to enhance overall service quality.
- Guarantee compliance with company protocols and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Lead calibration sessions to synchronize team understanding of quality benchmarks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- At least one year of documented experience as a quality analyst.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and attentive listening abilities.
