• Conduct thorough resume screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to comprehend and fulfill recruitment requirements.
• Oversee the candidate journey to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring costs to optimize processes.
• Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top-tier talent.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition with prior managerial exposure and team supervision capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in conducting and assessing interviews effectively.
• Strong organizational aptitude to manage concurrent recruitment projects.
• Ability to address and resolve recruitment challenges innovatively.

Compensation and Benefits

The remuneration package includes a gross salary with additional benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), health coverage, and performance incentives.
