Process Trainer – Banking & KYC

About the Role

We are seeking a Process Trainer specializing in Banking and KYC processes based in Powai, Mumbai. This role involves delivering comprehensive training to new employees to ensure they are equipped to meet quality and productivity standards in live operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed Banking and KYC process training sessions for new hires.
• Facilitate process refresher sessions and assessments to reinforce knowledge.
• Manage nesting programs and offer support to trainees transitioning into live operations.
• Continuously monitor trainee performance, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance overall process competency.
• Generate training progress reports and maintain accurate tracking of trainee development.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to align training outcomes with business standards.
• Ensure that all trainees comply with required quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience in Banking and KYC process training.
• Proven background in voice process training with previous trainer roles.
• Expertise in new hire onboarding, nesting sessions, and refresher training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to independently manage training cohorts.

• Working in a professional setting located in Powai, Mumbai.
• Workweek comprises 5 days with 2 days off each week.
• Competitive salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 per month.
