Customer Care Executive

Overview

Vibrantzz Management Services is recruiting for International Customer Service Executive roles at their Mumbai area locations, including Navi Mumbai and Thane. This position is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates interested in working with an international BPO organization providing voice and non-voice customer support to clients in the US, UK, and Australia.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary ranges from 18,000 to 45,000 INR per month, with freshers earning between 18,000 and 25,000 INR based on communication skills, and experienced professionals potentially earning up to 45,000 INR in hand. Job Responsibilities

• Addressing customer queries through calls and other communication channels.
• Providing prompt and professional resolutions to customer issues.
• Ensuring a superior customer service experience is delivered at all times.
• Upholding process quality and adhering to communication standards.

Work Schedule and Location

• Five working days per week.
• Rotational shifts, including night shifts, with two rotational weekly offs.
• Positions based in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduation.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
• Willingness to work in the Mumbai/Navi Mumbai region.
