Job description
Job Overview
IMR Soft India Private Limited is looking for energetic and articulate candidates to become part of their inbound voice customer service team. This role involves handling inbound calls and delivering outstanding support.
Language Proficiency
Candidates need to be fluent in English plus one regional language. Preferred combinations are English-Hindi, English-Marathi, or English-Tamil.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have completed any graduation degree. Both freshers and those with prior experience are welcome to apply.
Work Hours and Shifts
- The initial training involves rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM with multiple possible time slots.
- Post-training, females will work from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; males will have shifts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Each employee will get two rotational weekly offs.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary is ₹20,000 per month.
- Additional allowances include split shift allowance of ₹2,500, night shift allowance of ₹1,500, and overtime pay at ₹200 per hour.
- Extra weekly offs are paid at ₹2,000.
