Its private equity division is central to a bold strategy aiming to more than double assets under management in the next five years.

• Substantial capital deployment running into billions annually, engaging in buyouts, growth equity, co-investments, and direct deals with a capacity for large mid-cap to mega-cap transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the complete deal process for buyouts, growth equity, direct investments, and co-investments.
• Develop and update comprehensive LBO, DCF, and returns models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Lead commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on investment targets.
• Draft investment committee reports, transaction documentation, and persuasive presentations.
• Engage directly with senior investment staff on live private equity transactions spanning diverse sectors and regions.
• Track portfolio company performance and assist in implementing value-enhancement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years’ experience at a top-tier investment bank in M&A or a leading private equity firm.
• Advanced skills in LBO financial modeling and strong analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding academic records from reputed universities.
• Strong commercial insight, instinctive deal acumen, and a passionate interest in private equity.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Abu Dhabi, with support provided for relocation.
