Role Responsibilities

• Transform unclear, complex problems into elegant and scalable system designs.
• Take full ownership of technical decisions encompassing architecture to production rollout.
• Engage directly with product managers, healthcare practitioners, and operations teams to comprehensively understand challenges.
• Develop robust backend systems, RESTful APIs, automation solutions, and internal productivity tools.
• Enhance engineering practices continuously beyond mere feature development.
• Consistently improve code quality and maintainability across the codebase.

Candidate Profile

• Proactively investigate inefficient processes and build effective, well-engineered solutions without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Comfortable addressing diverse engineering challenges, ranging from high-traffic patient workflows and distributed systems to payment gateways, APIs, and tooling.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for resolving complex bugs and edge cases.
• Experienced with leveraging AI technologies thoughtfully to expedite development, research, debugging, and prototyping, balanced with sound engineering judgment.
• Prioritizes maintainability and practical engineering, knowing when to accelerate delivery and when to invest in scalable architecture.
• Highly curious, eager to explore and adopt emerging technologies and tools.
• Experience in startups, healthcare, or building large-scale systems serving millions of users is a plus.
