Key Responsibilities
- Lead and influence architectural decisions for AI Co-Worker platforms, allowing enterprise customers to deploy persona-based AI systems that execute complex operational workflows securely.
- Design human-in-the-loop frameworks ensuring human oversight in mission-critical AI operations.
- Establish and promote technical standards and development patterns for engineering teams.
- Innovate in integrating deterministic and probabilistic systems within production AI products.
- Maintain platform neutrality by supporting LLMs and AI tools from diverse established and emerging providers.
- Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and deliver solutions that surpass expectations.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over a decade of software development experience with substantial hands-on involvement in AI technologies.
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript, demonstrating strong coding fundamentals.
- Experienced with AI orchestration and frameworks including LangChain or LangGraph.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing systems with integrated security and data governance from the outset.
- Proven success in leading architectural choices within complex production environments.
- Excellent communication skills capable of uniting technical and non-technical stakeholders around challenging decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with consistent execution.
