Role Summary

We are seeking a Principal Enterprise Architect in Professional Services based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves steering architecture through the entire transformation lifecycle by fostering executive confidence, overseeing design choices, leading architectural builds, and ensuring technology decisions yield long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance the architectural direction initially developed during the pre-sales phase.
• Exercise architectural leadership throughout transformation processes, guiding platform adoption and progression.
• Create detailed transition plans from pre-sales success roadmaps that outline sequencing, decisions, and risk mitigations.
• Develop industry-specific architectural strategies, translating them into target-state models, reference architectures, and phased execution plans.
• Maintain strategic advisory relationships with executives to build trust in architectural direction.
• Work alongside licensing and services sales teams to optimize major sales initiatives.
• Coordinate architecture efforts across delivery teams, subject matter experts, and partners to ensure consistency and alignment during project delivery.
• Establish and oversee governance forums to assure architectural quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to incorporate lessons learned and improve future architectures and delivery approaches.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise architecture for large transformation programs from early vision through adoption and platform evolution.
• In-depth familiarity with TOGAF principles and pragmatic architecture governance within complex enterprise settings.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, data management, and activation ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate architectural decisions into engaging business narratives for executive stakeholders.
• Proven role as a trusted architectural advisor to senior executives.
• Knowledgeable about AI, automation, and emerging agentic models relevant to enterprise platforms.
• Experience collaborating closely with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to ensure architecture integrity.
• Application of structured change management methodologies like ADKAR to facilitate adoption and organizational readiness.
• A collaborative leadership approach focused on outcomes, value, and sustained adoption.
• Fluent proficiency in English.
