Position Overview
Join the Giga Fab team at GF's newly established 300mm Advanced Packaging Center in Singapore as an Experienced CMP Process Engineer. Be part of the Unit Module Development team focused on achieving critical project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and scrutinize technical process charts.
- Innovate and adjust process formulations, techniques, and controls to uphold quality standards.
- Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for associated processes.
- Evaluate product development criteria to ensure compatibility with processing methods, factoring in cost and scheduling considerations.
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to align with process module and technology specifications.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) focused on enhancing process performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Execute all duties with a focus on safety, adhering to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security protocols.
- Assist and engage in other projects or assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a science-related discipline.
- Between 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
