Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full cycle of product development from advanced development through launch and ongoing maintenance within domestic appliance categories.
• Design and develop electronics hardware by defining requirements, creating designs, implementing solutions, performing tests, and preparing documentation.
• Ensure the product meets specifications and follows established electronics hardware development protocols.
• Create comprehensive engineering documentation aligned with the company’s product development standards and practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of experience in electronics appliance development.
• Fluent communication skills in Mandarin to coordinate regularly with suppliers based in China.
• Strong expertise in AC-DC and DC-DC power supply circuit design.
• Proficient in translating design requirements into schematics, PCBA layouts, and component specifications/selection.
• Experienced with Altium Designer preferred, alongside familiarity with other ECAD tools.
• Competent in conducting design verification and testing, including EMC compliance testing.
• Apply Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies, including FMEA, de-rating, and tolerance analysis for electrical designs.
• Experience with PCB layout design is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
