Position Overview

The school seeks a seasoned and proactive Principal to oversee academic excellence alongside daily administrative activities and admissions procedures. This role involves comprehensive management of academic standards, operations, and fostering a constructive and productive school culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consistent and effective execution of the curriculum across all grade levels ensuring high-quality student outcomes.
• Provide oversight and assistance to Academic Coordinators to guarantee adherence to lesson plans and engaging instructional methods.
• Coordinate teacher training and professional development initiatives to uphold and enhance teaching standards.
• Monitor educator performance through observations and evaluations, implementing strategies for improvement and retention.
• Assess and supervise the performance of teachers, coordinators, and parent relationship managers to ensure uniformity and quality in education delivery.
• Manage school operations including attendance, discipline, and staffing with an emphasis on efficiency and safety.
• Oversee the School Manager's duties related to transportation, security, campus upkeep, and administrative tasks.
• Develop and enforce policies to maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly environment consistent with regulatory standards.
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment and enhancing the school’s community presence.
• Drive the admissions process to reach optimal student numbers and maintain a strong, positive school reputation.
• Address student and parent concerns to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Engage with parents and local stakeholders through events, school tours, and open houses to strengthen community ties.
• Manage and boost the school's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including Coordinators, Marketing Managers, School Managers, and teaching staff fostering a culture of professional growth and student-centered decision-making.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure departmental alignment with school values and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree is mandatory; a Master's degree in Education or Management is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in academic roles.
• A minimum of 5 years serving as a Principal in a reputable educational institution.
• In-depth understanding of curriculum development and academic best practices.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills suitable for collaborating with staff, parents, and the community.
• Strong decision-making abilities coupled with effective discipline and time management skills.
• Experience in school administration, operational management, and academic programming.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and admissions management within schooling contexts.
• Experience managing social media to enhance school visibility and engagement.
