Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to become a member of our committed team. The role involves creating a nurturing and engaging educational environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of young children. Activities will be both structured and play-based, ensuring personalized development suited to individual needs.

Key Duties

• Manage the classroom environment to ensure it is safe, engaging, and orderly for early learners.
• Develop and implement play-based lesson plans aligned with early childhood educational standards.
• Observe and support each child's growth across social, emotional, and cognitive domains, adapting teaching methods as required.
• Maintain regular and transparent communication with parents, including sharing updates and conducting meetings.
• Plan and execute creative learning activities such as arts and crafts, storytelling, music sessions, and outdoor play to stimulate creativity and learning.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and participate in professional development, school events, and extracurricular activities for an all-round educational experience.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Certification or diploma in ECCED, Montessori, D.Ed, or NTT.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A genuine passion for educating and caring for young children.
• Capability to create a creative and motivational learning space.
• Previous experience in pre-primary education preferred.
• Only female candidates under the age of 45 are eligible to apply.
