About Bridgit
Bridgit is an innovative non-bank lender revolutionizing property finance access in Australia. Our flagship Buy Now, Sell Later solution helps homeowners unlock equity with quick digital approval and flexible loan options, simplifying property transactions. We have strong industry partnerships, including over 75% of Australia's broker network, and recognition through multiple fintech awards and accolades.
Role Overview
As Pricing Manager, you will fully own the pricing strategy for Bridgit's entire product suite — setting positioning by product and channel, shaping competitive responses, and launching new products with commercial impact. Your expert analysis will inform Pricing Committee decisions, and you will manage the infrastructure supporting pricing operations and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the commercial pricing stance and recommendations for all products and channels.
- Monitor competitors and swiftly propose and implement pricing responses.
- Lead new product pricing design and coordinate commercial launches.
- Provide frameworks and analytics guiding sales discretion and margin impact.
- Maintain pricing tools, conduct thorough pricing change analyses, and manage Pricing Committee communications and implementation.
- Develop portfolio pricing analytics capabilities, including yield analysis, pricing realization metrics, competitive intelligence, and performance scorecards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Credit, Product, and Treasury to ensure aligned communications, funding inputs, and policy consistency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, clearly stating limitations where data is incomplete.
- Experience owning rate cards, loading matrices, or pricing governance processes.
- 4 to 6 years’ relevant experience in non-bank lending, banking, or mortgage aggregation focusing on pricing, portfolio analytics, or treasury.
- Strong knowledge of residential or commercial lending, especially warehouse funding cost structures.
- Expertise in IRR, NIM analysis, contribution margin, and funding cost calculations from fundamental principles.
- Exceptional modeling skills with independent post-change effectiveness evaluation.
- Experience using AI-assisted workflows and maintaining reusable prompt libraries.
- Excellent written communication skills with clear, concise Pricing Committee memos and internal communications.
- Capability to lead Pricing Committee meetings in the absence of the Head of Strategic Finance.
Company Culture and Benefits
- Additional leave including birthday leave and an extra paid day for life events or mental health.
- Opportunity to work remotely from any location for two weeks annually.
- Supportive learning and development environment with internal training initiatives.
- Active social events calendar to foster team connection.
