Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the pricing and terms system, including pricing principles, technical ERP system implementation, and process design.
• Drive the rollout of the pricing system across EMEA and other regions, supporting related change management.
• Set market-based pricing for new product launches and actively manage pricing of the existing portfolio, including planning and executing regular price adjustments.
• Analyze pricing, sales, and market data to evolve KPIs that guide pricing and sales activities.
• Create interactive management reporting dashboards.
• Maintain and optimize pricing and offer processes in close collaboration with sales, product management, controlling, IT, and digital sales teams.
• Advance pricing tools and automate pricing processes, internally and within CPQ workflows.
• Advise sales and management on operational and strategic pricing matters.
• Train sales and other company departments on pricing topics.
• Develop pricing governance frameworks.

Candidate Profile

• Completed academic studies in business or natural sciences, or equivalent commercial training with relevant work experience.
• Several years of pricing experience, preferably in B2B environments and projects.
• Solid expertise in analyzing large datasets and complex issues, proficient in statistical methods; knowledge of machine learning is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, AfO, Power BI, and Power Query; Python skills are a plus.
• Clear, goal-oriented, and respectful communication style.
• Self-driven and well-organized work habits.
• Constructive approach to challenging tasks and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a benefit.
