Key Responsibilities

• Manage the tender and RFQ processes by understanding requirements, preparing detailed RFQ documents, coordinating internally, and ensuring all details align with customer requirements and management directives within deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the Key Account Management (KAM) team and management during RFQ briefings, Q&A sessions, and developing rate strategies.
• Perform comprehensive cost and sales analyses.
• Direct communication and coordination with internal teams to define tender/RFQ scopes and specifications.
• Maintain and update tariff information regularly.
• Oversee the implementation of awarded tenders and RFQs.
• Drive ongoing process enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Address and manage internal disputes related to pricing and tenders.
• Provide support for other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in pricing roles within NVOCC, shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding sectors.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent English writing and communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently with proactive self-management and planning.
• Reliability in managing work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational aptitude, keen attention to detail, numerical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
