Job Overview
This role involves operating injection molding machinery, performing finishing and part inspections, and assembling final products in a dynamic manufacturing setting. The position emphasizes strict compliance with quality and safety standards.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The starting wage is $18.50 per hour with first shift hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually operate injection molding equipment.
- Finish and trim molded components.
- Conduct basic quality inspections on parts.
- Assemble products following given specifications.
- Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and organizational policies.
Candidate Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Capacity to interpret and follow written instructions.
- Basic mathematical competency and proficiency with measuring instruments.
- High attention to detail.
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, and manual object handling.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting activities.
- Occasional climbing or balancing tasks.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Requires precise motor skills and good eyesight.
- Work is performed in an environment with moderate noise levels.
Use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection is mandatory in specified zones.
