Position Summary

We are currently looking for an experienced Press Helper to join our Montreal plant. In this role, you will ensure the press is adequately stocked with materials before each production order and adhere strictly to the instructions given by the Press Operator. Given our clientele in the food industry and the associated manufacturing risks, it is critical that you uphold all quality and safety policies to maintain our SQF certification.

Key Responsibilities and Functional Requirements

• Prepare press materials at the start of each production order under supervision.
• Follow all directives provided by the Press Operator.
• Adhere rigorously to food safety standards and company policies, including SQF and HACCP principles.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills in French, both oral and written.
• Collaborate within the team, exhibiting honesty, motivation, and punctuality.
• Apply good judgment with a proactive, organized, and methodical approach to work and problem solving.
• Maintain discipline, energy, and a responsible attitude towards prioritizing tasks.
