Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to foster a nurturing and educational environment for young children. The candidate will be responsible for managing a child-friendly classroom, planning and executing age-appropriate lessons, supervising children's activities, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe classroom tailored to young children's needs.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Understand and apply knowledge of child development milestones to facilitate appropriate lesson planning.
• Structure the daily schedule to balance active play, quiet time, meals, and rest according to children's developmental stages.
• Design and conduct engaging learning activities aligned with lesson plans, while remaining flexible to adapt based on children's interests and needs.
• Supervise children during all indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and rest periods, providing personal care as needed.
• Encourage positive behavior and address individual needs sensitively.
• Monitor and document children's developmental progress and behaviors; discuss any concerns proactively with parents or guardians.
• Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress and daily experiences.
• Engage actively in professional development opportunities and collaborate with the team during staff meetings.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the School Head.

Additional Information

Salary: INR 16,000 to INR 20,000 per month.
