Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct learning sessions according to approved curriculum plans and keep children actively engaged throughout.
• Prepare lesson plans and activities well in advance and ensure their implementation.
• Maintain detailed reports and records for each child.
• Optimize resource usage to reduce waste.
• Enhance classroom appeal through age-appropriate displays, learning materials, and enriching activities.
• Comply consistently with school policies and ensure their adherence.
• Communicate with parents regularly to update on their child's progress.
• Perform regular observations and assessments of children to track development.
• Plan and participate in events, outings, and celebrations as per the events calendar.
• Ensure the health, safety, hygiene, and security of children at all times.
• Provide guidance and feedback to assistant teachers and support staff.
• Report any concerns to the centre head promptly.
• Engage with parents to discuss their child's development and address queries.

Job Details

This full-time position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, offering a monthly salary range between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
