Presales/Solution Engineer (APAC)

About the Role

This permanent position is located centrally in Singapore and requires working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The employer is a reputable organization partnering with Adecco, offering an opportunity to join a team that values growth, training, and diversity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, webinars, conferences, and customer engagement events.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams for technical discovery, customer qualification, creating business cases, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and designing solution architectures.
• Convert customer needs into secure, scalable Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions tailored to business objectives.
• Offer expert technical advice on Enterprise PKI and assist customers resolving complex integration challenges.
• Facilitate customer API integration, testing phases, pilot projects, proof of concepts, and incorporate third-party integrations.
• Work with Product Management, Development, and Professional Services teams to define product needs, conduct testing, deploy solutions, and prepare documentation.
• Create comprehensive solution guides, technical documents, training content, and materials for internal team enablement.
• Independently handle several technical projects while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of PKI, cybersecurity trends, competitors' offerings, and new technologies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or recognized cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA, ISC2, GIAC.
• Familiarity with PKI principles, information security standards, and regulatory compliance requirements including GDPR, PSD2, and eIDAS.
• Experience or understanding cloud and container platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong customer orientation combined with solid background and enthusiasm for IT and technical fields.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, servers, desktops, virtual machines, and command line interfaces.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, network setup, firewall and router configuration.
