Presales Specialist

Become a vital technical liaison as an Experienced Presales Engineer within our rapidly expanding team. The role combines deep technical expertise with keen business acumen to effectively present and demonstrate the value of our innovative infrastructure, virtualization, and cybersecurity solutions, including Privileged Access Management and Zero Trust Security products.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery meetings to understand client challenges and requirements.
• Create and present tailored proofs of concept, demos, and solution architectures.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop end-to-end solutions spanning infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Offer technical expertise during the sales lifecycle: solution positioning, RFP/RFQ preparation, and presentations.
• Demonstrate Zero Trust Security and virtualization methodologies using appropriate technologies.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, proposals, and design schematics.
• Support the transition to delivery teams for smooth post-sales implementation.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization, or cybersecurity setups.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, OpenStack, or Nutanix.
• Proficient with operating systems like Windows Server and Linux; experienced in virtual machine deployment, migration (P2V/V2V), and optimization.
• Solid grounding in cybersecurity concepts including identity and access management, network security, and Zero Trust models.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Zero Trust frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as VCP, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalents.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of public cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS).
• Understanding of network infrastructure and security architecture.
• Expertise in backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and advanced Zero Trust security platforms.
• Strong communication and business skills encompassing hybrid solution architecture, technical presentations, stakeholder management, project collaboration, and financial analyses like TCO and ROI.
