Presales Specialist

About the Role

Xperteez Technology seeks an experienced Presales Specialist focused on CPaaS/SaaS, particularly OTT communication channels such as WhatsApp and RCS. This full-time position is based in Kolkata and offers up to ₹15 LPA as compensation. The interview process will be conducted virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to shape and execute presales strategies within the CPaaS domain and targeted industry verticals.
• Create compelling value propositions and tailor solution proposals that highlight the advantages of WhatsApp and RCS offerings for prospective clients.
• Perform detailed market research to uncover opportunities that support revenue goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and customer service departments, to deeply understand service features and competitive differentiators.
• Customize WhatsApp and RCS technical solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Conduct presentations and strategic dialogues with decision-makers, emphasizing how these business messaging platforms align with clients' objectives.
• Manage proposal formulation, ensuring responses to RFPs and RFIs are comprehensive, clear, and persuasive.
• Drive ongoing client engagement to foster customer success and enhance wallet share within assigned accounts and domains.
• Continuously monitor industry developments, competitor products, and innovations within the CPaaS and OTT sectors, especially updates related to Meta and Google ecosystems for WhatsApp Business and RCS.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 3 years of relevant presales experience within CPaaS/SaaS enterprises is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the CPaaS/SaaS market landscape, including technical solutions and competitive dynamics specific to OTT communication tools like WhatsApp and RCS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proactive self-motivated attitude with a solution-driven mindset.
• Proven capacity to collaborate effectively within multi-stakeholder environments and deliver results.
