Presales Executive

Job Overview

Homesource Business Solutions seeks a motivated and client-focused Presales Executive to manage property inquiries, qualify leads, and assist the sales division in closing deals. This role demands excellent communication abilities coupled with a passion for real estate sales.

Key Duties

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to property leads.
• Provide detailed information about properties, including prices and ongoing offers to prospective customers.
• Assess customer needs to qualify leads effectively.
• Organize and schedule site visits in collaboration with the sales staff.
• Follow up persistently with clients to maximize lead conversion.
• Keep precise and updated records within the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a seamless process.
• Maintain professional communication ensuring excellent customer service experience.

Candidate Profile

• Strong spoken communication in English; local language skills preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate presales, telecalling, or inside sales is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates possessing excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Must be driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-focused environment.
• Comfortable making calls and conducting follow-ups.
