Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of IT security engineers through mentoring, coaching, and motivating to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Create a positive, cooperative team environment fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Formulate and execute strategic technical plans aligned with revenue targets, working closely with sales colleagues to seize new business chances.
  • Maintain awareness of evolving cybersecurity technologies, market developments, and industry trends.
  • Develop strong partnerships with sales representatives, customers, and partners by understanding their requirements and tailoring cybersecurity solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure high satisfaction and loyalty from customers and partners through relationship management.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance by analyzing technical metrics, implementing optimizations to improve sales efficiency, and regularly reporting results to the Sales Engineering Director.
  • Deliver continuous training and coaching to the team on best practices, identify capability gaps, and introduce skill development initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with employees on strategic account planning practices and the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership success in sales and client acquisition roles.
  • Strong talent management, coaching, and supervisory abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT security products and services, including Cloud and SASE technologies.
  • Capability to devise and implement effective technical strategies and solutions.
  • Business savvy with process-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing customer and partner relations and driving business growth.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
  • Capacity to work remotely with infrequent office visits as needed.
