Key Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations of AvePoint’s offerings to align with client goals, both virtually and face-to-face.
• Engage with prospective customers to guide them through evaluating and selecting appropriate solutions.
• Develop customized environments as Proofs of Concept to showcase product features during the sales process.
• Contribute to proposal creation for RFIs and RFPs emphasizing how AvePoint products meet client needs and provide return on investment.
• Serve as an advocate and communication link between customers and AvePoint’s product management and development teams.
• Assist sales teams in understanding customer business aims to integrate Microsoft and AvePoint technologies effectively.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customer business and technical stakeholders to promote long-term solution adoption.
• Create a compelling purchasing vision to help customers reduce costs and enhance business agility with AvePoint solutions.
• Support AvePoint’s Partner and Marketing teams in field activities.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Between 3 to 5 years of related professional experience.
• Strong and confident presentation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Strategic thinking combined with sales acumen to help secure deals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and teams.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic settings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt continuously.
• Proficient business analysis skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting expertise.

Technical Skills

• Minimum of three years hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud platforms including Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture, components, version differences, and hybrid setups.
• Experience working with SharePoint plugins, workflows, and custom solutions.
• Preferred proficiency in programming languages such as .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Skillful in scripting with PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of ITPro tasks like server/software installation, configuration, and administration, particularly Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of network technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, and DHCP is advantageous.
• Broad awareness of server and cloud technologies in the IT sector.
