Préposé au service des repas-minute

Overview

This permanent position involves working in a fast-paced food service environment with flexible hours ranging from 12 to 44 hours per week. The primary work language will be English. No prior education, certificates, or experience are required as training will be provided. Free parking is available.

Responsibilities

• Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
• Operating dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses, and utensils
• Sanitizing dishes and other items and washing them manually
• Scrubbing pots and pans thoroughly
• Packaging takeout food items
• Portioning and wrapping food supplies
• Preparing and heating simple dishes
• Serving food to customers at counters or buffet tables
• Restocking refrigerators and salad counters
• Taking customer orders
• Using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and cut food items
• Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen areas, workstations, cabinets, storage places, and equipment
• Handling and storing cleaning products appropriately
• Receiving, unpacking, and organizing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets, and storage areas
• Removing waste and garbage, and emptying bins
• Sweeping, wiping, washing, waxing, and polishing floors
• Washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
