Become an integral part of Vertu Hyundai Bristol as a Prep Technician, where you will ensure every customer receives an exceptional first impression through meticulous vehicle preparation.
Compensation and Rewards
- Basic salary up to £36,440 depending on your skills and experience, based on a 42-hour work week
- Opportunity to earn an over-performance bonus in addition to your base salary
- A £2,000 sign-on bonus awarded in the first month
- A £2,000 retention bonus awarded after 13 months of service
Role Responsibilities
As a Prep Technician, your main tasks include performing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on both new and used vehicles. Every inspection must meet manufacturer standards and be completed within the agreed timeline. Your role emphasizes first-time fixes, exceptional workmanship, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant formal qualification in Automotive, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3
- Current experience working as a Vehicle Technician
- An MOT license is desirable but not mandatory
- Possession of your own set of tools
- A full driving licence valid in the UK
