Role Summary

We are seeking a diligent Powder Coat Painter to apply industrial painting finishes, such as powder coating, on metal and manufactured products to ensure protective and aesthetic quality. This full-time position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant work experience; formal painting training is desirable.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate spray painting machinery and other finishing tools to apply coatings to products, occasionally performing hand painting as necessary.
• Prepare painting solutions by mixing paints and related materials appropriately before application.
• Manage finishing processes which may include baking, polishing, and other enhancements to ensure durability and appearance.
• Conduct quality monitoring by observing drying stages to achieve intended finish results.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Completion of high school or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum one year in general work environment with experience related to powder coating.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, push, pull items weighing up to 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, stoop for extended periods; frequent use of limbs and vision essential.
• Attributes: Attention to detail, cooperative team player, willingness to take on diverse responsibilities, positive attitude, eagerness to learn.
• Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated in performing assigned tasks; effective team collaboration and support across departments.
• Safety and Compliance: Must adhere to safety-sensitive protocols, participate in drug and alcohol programs, and pass medical evaluation for respirator use as a condition of employment.
