Key Duties
- Handle customer questions and resolve complaints related to postal services
- Keep the postal service area neat, organized, and aligned with company presentation standards, including clean appearance and approved uniform requirements
- Manage several tasks at once and set priorities effectively
- Follow loss-prevention systems and procedures according to company rules
- Operate and reconcile the department cash register in line with policies and procedures
- Safeguard cash and mail at all times
- This opening is to replace an existing team vacancy
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Manager or the Manager on duty
Success Factors
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work evenings during the week and on weekends
