About the Role
Become part of a locally owned and operated store dedicated to delivering health, beauty, and convenience services within your community, placing the customer experience at the heart of every action.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer prompt and outstanding customer service at the postal retail outlet.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Warmly greet every customer, ensuring positive engagement.
- Accurately scan or input product information during transactions.
- Precisely handle cash, coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum transactions.
- Promptly ask customers for their PC Optimum Card during purchases.
- Complete all necessary documentation relating to customer receipts and product returns.
- Manage merchandising tasks such as product facing, signing, and labeling to keep designated areas well presented.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards to control cash, lottery, and stamp inventories.
- Maintain a professional appearance according to Uniform and Dress Code guidelines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Keep the store orderly and presentable through proper housekeeping.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good planning, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to balance teamwork with efficient order processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to neatness.
- Competence in operating computer systems and cash registers.
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records.

Compensation
