Post Market Surveillance Associate

About the Role

Join our dedicated Quality & Regulatory team committed to enhancing patient care and outcomes globally. As a member of the Post-Market Surveillance group, you will monitor product performance and market feedback to identify risks and support continuous improvements. Your work will influence executive decisions and ensure compliance with regulations across more than 120 countries, including submitting vigilance reports to international regulatory bodies such as the FDA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze feedback from product surveillance to detect risks and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Prepare and submit regulatory vigilance reports to maintain global compliance and minimize risk.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing, sales, product development, manufacturing, and clinical teams to gather insights and drive improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Tertiary education in health sciences, engineering, law, or business.
• Relevant experience in Post Market Surveillance, Quality, or Regulatory Affairs, preferably within pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Inquisitive mindset with demonstrated skills in risk assessment and influencing others.
