Key Responsibilities

• Assist with global remuneration review cycles.
• Support administration of long-term incentive schemes and communication with employees.
• Contribute to job evaluation, market benchmarking, and data-related tasks.
• Oversee regular benefits programs and respond to routine employee queries.
• Maintain precise data and help produce periodic reports on remuneration and benefits.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a tertiary qualification in HR, commerce, finance, data analytics, computer science, or related field; or possesses comparable early-career experience.
• Exhibits strong analytical capabilities and is proficient in handling data, particularly using Excel.
• Detail-focused with strong commitment to accuracy.
• Keen to develop specialized knowledge in compensation, benefits management, remuneration processes, and HR analytics.
• Communicates effectively and works well within a team environment.
• Approaches learning and problem-solving proactively with flexibility and curiosity.
• Interested in leveraging AI tools to enhance processes, reporting, and work delivery.
• Experience with PowerBI, SuccessFactors, SAP, remuneration systems, or job evaluation is advantageous but not mandatory.
