Overview
This position entails responsibility for strategizing, assigning, and overseeing Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and trade equipment aligned with business priorities. The coordinator ensures correct allocation, visibility, and utilization of POSM across various stores and channels, maintains precise inventory records, and manages the entire lifecycle of trade equipment from request to write-off. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Procurement teams, and suppliers is essential to support promotions, sourcing, production, quality assurance, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans for POSM and trade equipment allocation in accordance with commercial goals
- Guarantee appropriate distribution, visibility, and usage of materials across retail points and channels
- Maintain accurate tracking and inventory records of POSM stock
- Oversee all stages of trade equipment management, including requests and asset write-offs
- Coordinate with Procurement teams to manage sourcing, supplier relations, and cost efficiency
- Assist in procurement activities such as supplier selection, bidding processes, and contract compliance
- Lead and organize annual POSM stock audits and periodic inventory checks
- Work jointly with Sales and Marketing departments to back campaigns and enhance in-store activation
- Evaluate the performance and return on investment of POSM initiatives
- Conduct market inspections to ensure adherence to visibility and merchandising standards
- Manage POSM budgets and improve spending effectiveness
- Engage suppliers to ensure quality production and adherence to delivery schedules
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improved execution regarding POSM management
Qualifications
- Completed higher education, preferably in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar discipline
- Between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, sales operations, procurement, or inventory management
- Knowledge or experience related to POSM, trade equipment, stock control, vendor management, or budget oversight is considered a plus
- Excellent planning, analytical competencies, organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Procurement teams, and suppliers
- Working proficiency in English and Russian languages at B1 level or higher
