Role Overview

The Porter plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the community facilities, primarily handling floor care projects and trash removal.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning of floors and carpets throughout the community.
• Collect and dispose of large trash items within the community premises.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and in working order.
• Participate in training and educational sessions as assigned to enhance job skills.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Ability to comprehend and follow English instructions and communicate clearly.
• Prior experience in floor maintenance is an advantage but not obligatory.

Additional Information
