Job Overview

As a Porter at PeakMade Real Estate, your primary responsibility is ensuring resident satisfaction by maintaining property units in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new occupants while maintaining a consistently professional presentation.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in leasing offices, amenity spaces, laundry areas, and other shared facilities as determined by management.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment belonging to the property or management company.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests from residents and management, and report any unusual or significant incidents concerning the property or tenants.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies diligently.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Ability to read basic vocabulary (limited two and three syllable words) and numbers, with the capability to communicate using simple sentences.

Physical Requirements

This role frequently involves lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds using machinery or equipment, such as for installing exterior air conditioning units. It also requires regular bending or stooping to access maintenance equipment. The candidate must be proficient in the safe handling and upkeep of cleaning chemicals and tools.
