Job description
Position Overview
This role aims to enhance resident satisfaction through diligent upkeep of property units, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vacant units for new occupants, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform daily cleaning of the leasing office, amenities, laundry areas, and other shared spaces as directed by management.
- Manage inventories, supplies, and equipment belonging to the property and/or management company.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to requests from residents and management, reporting any unusual or significant circumstances related to the property or residents.
- Comply strictly with OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Basic reading skills involving simple two- to three-syllable words and elementary numeral comprehension.
- Ability to communicate using simple spoken sentences.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 75 pounds when operating maintenance machinery and equipment, such as installing external air conditioning units. Frequent bending and stooping are necessary to reach machinery and equipment needed for maintenance duties. Knowledge and proficiency in the safe handling and maintenance of cleaning fluids and equipment is essential.
